User Responsibilities

License

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Booktrack for the purpose of managing hotel reservations. This license does not grant you ownership of the Booktrack portal or any intellectual property rights.
• You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Booktrack.
• You agree not to use Booktrack for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to distribute or share your access credentials with any third party.

Reservation Management

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all reservation details entered into Booktrack. We are not liable for errors or omissions in reservations made through your Booktrack portal account.
• Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made in accordance with the policies set by the hotel. We are not responsible for any issues related to reservations once they have been made.

Fees and Payments

• Booktrack may require a subscription fee or other charges. These fees are non-refundable.
• Booktrack will not collect any payment form your guest/client to make the hotel reservation. You are responsible to collect the payment for any reservation made on Booktrack portal.

Data Protection and Privacy

• We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Booktrack, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access or breaches.

Limitation of Liability

• Booktrack portal is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Booktrack portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booktrack or its admin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Booktrack portal, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Termination

• Booktrack.in or its admin reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Booktrack at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of Booktrack after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Product Delivery

• Once the payment is made we will activate your ID to access Booktrack portal within 48 working hrs.

Privacy Policy

• We will not share any of your personal information with any individual or third party. We will maintain the confidentiality and protection of your personal information, at all times during and after providing services. We might use your persoanl information just to provide you with any updates about Booktrack.
